Today, we almost did it ...
2-2 was the final result against hosts Cambodia in front of a 12,000 people crowd.
We led by 2-0 'til the 70th minute but then our dream escaped with their 2 goals.
Nevertheless it was a good result for us that keeps our qualifying hopes very much alive.
On Tuesday we will be back on the pitch to face Brunei.
Our hearts are full of hope and desire to succeed in the name of our country - Timor Leste!

Yeah, that was close....Timor Leste almost win and then lost at the last minutes...it needs a mentality of 90 minutes game. Wish there is a local league where Timorese can get use to playing under presure and learn to play a good football.....Go O sol Nascente, you are almost there.....chao
